who is passionate about nutrition, wellness, and human connection.

My Story

My journey into this field started with a curious fascination on how the food we consume profoundly affects our well-being. This fascination transformed into a deep-rooted commitment: guiding others towards reaching their health goals by adopting healthy eating habits and embracing positive lifestyle choices.

 

As a Bauman College certified nutrition consultant and Wellcoach® professional health and wellbeing practitioner, I leverage my foundation in food science and positive psychology to heal and rejuvenate. I contend a successful wellness journey is constructed upon trust, empathy, and understanding, meeting clients where they currently are, and utilizing client's distinct stories and aspirations to develop lifelong change.

In 2024, I  underwent rigorous vegan chef training at Melusine Cooking School in France under the guidance of renowned Chef, Helen Lawrence. During my time at the school, I refined my technical culinary skills and delved into world cuisine's diverse flavors and delicacies. Whether I'm reimagining a beloved family recipe in a vegan format or crafting an exquisite five-course gourmet meal for omnivores, I infuse my passion for cooking into every dish and menu I create.
