Embark on a delightful culinary adventure with Session 1 of my Mediterranean Plant-Based Cooking Series!
Join me in my home in Atherton, on Friday, September 20th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our day will be filled with plant-based recipes, nutrition & meal planning insights, and the vibrant flavors of Southern France. Some of the components used in creating our 3- course meal include combining late harvest summer vegetables with those from early fall, making a versatile vegan cheese sauce to accompany our main dish, and learning how the herbs of the region infuse a subtle yet complex flavor to our dishes.
This intimate, hands-on class culminates in a sit-down, group meal so we may savor our efforts and connect with one another. Beginner to advanced chefs welcome. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the art of healthy cooking and experience the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
Cost: $175 for this session or $475 for all three in this series. If you are attending multiple sessions, please register for each session separately. Payment information will be sent after you register. Maximum 6 participants.
