Embark on a delightful culinary adventure with Session 2 of my Mediterranean Plant-Based Cooking Series!

Join me in my home in Atherton, on Friday, October 11th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our day will be filled with plant-based recipes, nutrition & meal planning insights, and the vibrant flavors of Greece. Even as the days get cooler there is no shortage of fresh herbs and citrus to infuse our fall dishes. For this 3-course meal, we'll make our own spice blends, explore hearty grains and I'll share one of my favorite secret sauces you'll want to make on repeat.

This intimate, hands-on class culminates in a sit-down, group meal so we may savor our efforts and connect with one another. Beginner to advanced chefs welcome. Don't miss this opportunity to explore the art of healthy cooking and experience the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.

Cost: $175 for this session or $475 for all three in the series. If you are attending multiple sessions, please register for each session separately. Payment information will be sent after you register. Maximum 6 participants.
